SNEAKER RAFFLE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Sneaker Raffle mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Space Ideas ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer and operator of Sneaker Raffle.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
• You must be a legal resident of the United States or Canada to participate in raffle draws and win physical prizes.
• By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
• We reserve the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any user who does not meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You may sign in using Google, Apple, or Facebook. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts to gain additional raffle entries.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• Notify us immediately at contact@spacesideas.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. In-App Purchases & Virtual Currency

The App offers optional in-app purchases (e.g., in-game coins or upgrades) through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are governed by the applicable store's payment terms.

• In-game coins and virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
• All purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the App Store or Google Play Store.
• We reserve the right to change the pricing or availability of in-app purchases at any time.

5. Weekly Raffle

Participation in the weekly raffle is subject to our Official Raffle Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:

• One free entry per eligible player per week.
• Additional entries earned via in-game coins only — no cash purchase accepted.
• Winners selected randomly; odds depend on total entries that week.
• Prize is one pair of sneakers (approximate retail value $200 USD), shipped free within the US or Canada.
• Winners must respond to our notification within 7 days or forfeit the prize.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, bots, exploits, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Create multiple accounts or use any method to obtain additional raffle entries beyond what is permitted.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the App or its servers.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other players or Space Ideas staff.
• Post or transmit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, and forfeiture of any raffle entries or prizes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the App — including graphics, game mechanics, text, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to Space Ideas and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.

Sneaker Raffle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nike Inc., Jordan Brand, or any other sneaker brand. Prize sneakers are sourced independently by Space Ideas.

Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of or involved in this contest in any way. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Apple Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Space Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time by following the steps on our Data Deletion page. Upon termination, your licence to use the App ceases and your in-game progress and entries are forfeited.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you via an in-app message or push notification. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
