Your Right to Delete Your Data

You have the right to request the deletion of your Sneaker Raffle account and all personal data associated with it. This page explains what gets deleted, what may be retained for legal reasons, and exactly how to submit a deletion request.

We will process all verified deletion requests within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete From Inside the App Easiest

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:

Open Sneaker Raffle on your device.
Tap your profile picture or the menu icon in the top corner.
Go to Settings → Account.
Tap "Delete My Account" and confirm.

Deletion begins immediately. You will receive a confirmation notification. Your account will be fully removed within 30 days.

Option 2 — Submit a Request by Email

If you no longer have access to the app or prefer to submit a written request, email us at the address below. Please include:

The email address linked to your Sneaker Raffle account
Your in-game username (if you remember it)
Subject line: Data Deletion Request

We will verify your identity and confirm your request within 5 business days. Full deletion will be completed within 30 days of verification.

What Gets Deleted

The following data is permanently deleted when your account is removed:

Authentication tokens (Google / Apple / Facebook)	Deleted
In-game currency, stores, factories, upgrades	Deleted
Raffle entry history	Deleted
Push notification token (FCM)	Deleted
Leaderboard entry	Deleted

What May Be Retained Legal reasons only

In limited circumstances, some data may be retained after account deletion to meet legal or operational obligations:

Data	Retention period & reason
Shipping address (if you won a prize)	Up to 1 year — for prize fulfilment disputes
Winner records (username only)	Up to 2 years — legal / tax / audit requirements
Anonymised analytics data	Indefinite — no personal identifiers, used for aggregate stats

Note: Retained data is used solely for the stated legal purpose, is not shared with third parties for marketing, and is securely deleted as soon as the retention period expires.

Deletion Timeline

Within 48 hours — your account is deactivated; you can no longer log in
Within 30 days — all personal data is permanently deleted from our servers and Firebase
Third-party services — data held by Google AdMob, Firebase, or social sign-in providers is subject to their own deletion timelines; we submit deletion requests on your behalf
