1. Introduction

Welcome to Sneaker Raffle ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our mobile application available on Android and iOS.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Minimum age: The App is intended for users aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Leaderboard & Public Information

Your username and total in-game earnings appear on the global leaderboard, which is visible to all players. Winning a raffle draw may also result in your username being displayed as a recent winner.

If you do not wish your username to be visible, you may change it at any time in your profile settings.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g., prize fulfilment records).

Shipping addresses collected for prize fulfilment are deleted once the prize has been delivered and any applicable dispute period has passed.

We use industry-standard security measures, including Firebase Security Rules and encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's notification settings. Disabling notifications does not affect your ability to use the App.

10. In-App Advertising

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve personalised ads based on your interests.

To opt out of personalised advertising on Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation. On iOS, go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track."

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian believes their child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at contact@spacesideas.com and we will promptly delete that information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify you via a push notification or an in-app message. Continued use of the App after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
